Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the mmmjl website located at mmmjl.net (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the mmmjl platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered account holders, depositing players, and bonus recipients. Your continued use of any mmmjl service — whether on desktop, mobile browser, or any other interface — constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms as they may be amended from time to time.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

mmmjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. This may include but is not limited to a government-issued photo ID (passport, UMID, PhilSys, or driver's license), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Account Registration

Each eligible user may hold only one (1) registered account on the mmmjl platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering your mmmjl account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your government ID, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and preferred currency. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mmmjl login credentials, including your username and password. mmmjl strongly recommends using a strong, unique password that is not reused on any other platform. You must notify mmmjl immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. mmmjl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

mmmjl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, mmmjl may require you to complete identity verification by submitting copies of acceptable identity documents. mmmjl reserves the right to pause withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are fully satisfied.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mmmjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, DragonPay, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and BTC. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. mmmjl may introduce or withdraw payment options at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be funded from a payment method that is held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, whether belonging to a family member, friend, or any other party, are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the mmmjl cashier at the time of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. mmmjl processes GCash withdrawals within an average of three (3) minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during Philippine banking hours. USDT and BTC withdrawals are processed to the blockchain within one (1) hour subject to network conditions.

mmmjl reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.4 Currency

The primary account currency on mmmjl is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). USDT and BTC balances are maintained separately in their respective denominations. Currency conversion rates where applicable are determined by mmmjl at the time of transaction and are non-negotiable.

Bonuses & Promotions

mmmjl offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• mmmjl reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• In the event of any conflict between these general bonus rules and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

mmmjl actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, exploiting promotions through coordinated play, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct determined by mmmjl to constitute misuse of its promotional offerings. Where bonus abuse is detected, mmmjl reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and terminate the account without prior notice.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the mmmjl platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, fishing arcade games, Mahjong Ways, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules as presented within each game interface. By participating in any game on mmmjl, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All virtual casino games on mmmjl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games use real cards, real roulette wheels, and real game equipment streamed in real time. mmmjl does not manipulate game outcomes at any time.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on mmmjl cover PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, e-sports, and other events. Odds are subject to change at any time before market closure. mmmjl reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started or where a technical error has affected odds accuracy. Settled results are based on official governing body results and are final.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game or system malfunction, mmmjl reserves the right to void affected game rounds or betting markets. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction may be declared void and will not be paid out. mmmjl's decision in such matters is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mmmjl platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using mmmjl while under 21 years of age.
• Creating more than one account on the mmmjl platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods.
• Engaging in money laundering, chip dumping, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in mmmjl's platform. Any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to mmmjl immediately.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with mmmjl's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening mmmjl staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion or cooling-off period applied to your account.

Privacy & Data

mmmjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the mmmjl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

mmmjl applies bank-grade TLS 1.3 encryption across all platform sessions and AES-256 encryption for stored player data. mmmjl will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and game providers where required to deliver mmmjl's services or comply with applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

If at any time gaming ceases to be enjoyable and begins to feel compulsive or financially harmful, mmmjl encourages you to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform or to seek external support.

9.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending on mmmjl.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from mmmjl by activating a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the mmmjl platform. mmmjl will take reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion across all its services once activated.

9.2 Age Verification

Age verification checks are performed at registration and prior to withdrawal processing. mmmjl may suspend account activity at any point where reasonable doubt exists as to a player's age until satisfactory proof is provided.

Account Suspension & Closure

mmmjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
• Regulatory instruction or court order.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, mmmjl reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Legitimate balances held in accounts closed for non-breach reasons (such as voluntary closure) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their mmmjl account may do so by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mmmjl, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the mmmjl platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Service interruptions, system outages, or technical malfunctions beyond mmmjl's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any third-party conduct on or affecting the mmmjl platform.

mmmjl's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit mmmjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mmmjl platform — including but not limited to the mmmjl logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of mmmjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mmmjl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any mmmjl content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any mmmjl software.
• Use mmmjl's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any mmmjl content.

Any unauthorised use of mmmjl's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by mmmjl.

Amendments to These Terms

mmmjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mmmjl will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the mmmjl platform following the posting of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must immediately stop using the mmmjl platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. mmmjl operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the mmmjl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction therein.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the courts, mmmjl may, at its discretion, offer alternative dispute resolution through an independent arbitration body recognized under Philippine law. Players retain the right to raise concerns regarding mmmjl's conduct with PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels.
